HI! WELCOME TO OVERSEAL RUNNING CLUB
FOUNDED IN 2015, WE ARE A FRIENDLY RUNNING GROUP CATERING FOR ALL LEVELS.
What started as a post on Facebook asking if anyone would be interested in meeting to run or jog on a Sunday morning, is now a friendly, community spirited running group based in the heart of The National Forest.

2019 Saw the return of the Gunby Gallop, a race that took place in Overseal over 40 years ago. See how we got on and follow our plans for next year's event here.
Our couch to 5k programme has helped many people escape the sofa and to shake off the January blues. The 10 week programme runs from January to March and allows you to progress at your own pace with the support of the club runners and other C25k runners. Why not come along and join us on our next programme?
