COUCH TO 5K WITH OVERSEAL RUN CLUB
Many of our members have come through our couch to 5K programme.
Couch to 5K is a simple, step-by-step running programme designed for complete beginners. In just a few weeks, it helps you build up from little or no running to completing a full 5K.
Starting with short bursts of running mixed with walking, each session gradually increases your stamina and confidence. No pressure, no pace targets – just steady progress at a level that works for you.
It’s not just about running. It’s about feeling fitter, boosting your wellbeing, and proving to yourself that you can do more than you think.
All you need is a pair of trainers and the commitment to get started.
Run by qualified jog leaders from Overseal Running Club, the programme is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their fitness, meet new people, and discover the benefits of running.
